Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
- During peak times (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.
We pack each order with care, because your books deserve better than being thrown in a box like yesterday’s leftovers.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship via trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and destination of the order.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Domestic (U.S.): 3–10 business days
- International: We currently do not offer international shipping. (For now.)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen chaos are out of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Weight of your order, and
- Destination.
We believe in fair shipping rates — no hidden fees, no price gouging, no shady nonsense.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Track your precious cargo like the VIP it is.
If you haven’t received your tracking email within 7 days of placing your order, contact us at info@chapterbound.com.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you enter an incorrect address and the package is lost, we are not responsible for the loss.
Moral of the Story: Double-check your address like your life depends on it.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking first.
If it’s marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Check with neighbors,
- Look around your property,
- Contact the carrier directly.
We’re happy to assist, but once a package leaves our hands, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of:
- The damaged packaging, and
- The damaged item.
We’ll work with you to make it right.
